Welcome to Alabama Baton Corps


   

Learn the ABC's of baton twirling...and so much more!  Baton Twirling, a fun active sport for all ages and skill levels

WHY TWIRL?

Baton Twirlers of today are athletes and artists demonstrating many of the skills and qualities as competitive runners, gymnast, dancers and figure skaters.  The primary appeal of twirling is that it is fun.  Twirling also promotes physical fitness and flexibility.    It is an excellent way to develop hand eye coordination and fine motor skills.  Twirling also teaches young people team work and good sportsmanship, and helps develop positive self esteem, self confidence, and goal setting skills. 

Mrs. Carla's philosophy is one of "Children First" focusing on building self esteem, teamwork, good upbeat attitudes, as well as great twirling!

Mrs. Carla as well as her other instructors work hard to provide a fun, stress free environment for all of her twirlers.
